Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pelyra.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Approvals
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
At Orynel™, we have a 30-minute cancellation window due to our automated shipping and packaging processes, which activate 30 minutes after an order is placed. To cancel your order within this period, please email support@pelyra.com immediately.
Our warehouse operates from 7:00 AM CET to 12:00 PM CET, so cancellations are only possible when our team is on-site. If we’re unable to cancel your order within the window, you’re welcome to initiate a return once you receive the item.
